Description

The star ingredient of Vietcentric Sea Spice, is the ma khaen berry native to the Tay Bac highlands of Vietnam. Its flavour profile is highly distinctive with aromatic mandarin and warm smoked tea which stimulates the palate. The spice blend also combines the sweet notes of fennel, the refreshing quality of dill, and the citrus hint of coriander to bring out the best of any seafood dish.
