Inspired by the spices of Tay Bac, Vietcentric has handcrafted our own Vietcentric Mountain BBQ spice. The blend consists of exotic ingredients including ma khaen berry and michelia tonkinensis. With just a pinch of Vietcentric Mountain BBQ spice, you can recreate the most authentic Vietnamese BBQ.
